3. Services Description

VuLogiQ provides a real-time asset tracking platform for vehicles, containers, and personnel. Features include live mapping, geofencing, driver safety scoring, and maintenance scheduling.

4. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must: register for an account with accurate information, maintain security of credentials, be at least 18 years old, and have legal authority to track any assets registered.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, track vehicles or assets without proper authorisation, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or upload malicious software.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring proper consent to track any individuals or assets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology are owned by VuLogiQ Ltd and protected by UK and international laws.

8. Payment Terms

Fees are charged monthly in advance. Payment by direct debit or credit card. Late payments may result in suspension. VAT charged at applicable rate.

9. Service Level Agreement

We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend for breach.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VuLogiQ Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or website notice.
